SOLVENT (Mutual Solvent)

This product is a solution that is mainly used ahead of cement slurries to separate them from oil-based drilling mud, however, it can also be used with water-based drilling mud. In addition, It help wash residual mud from the formation and pipe and renders the surfaces water wet.
It helps to achieve good mud removal and bonding of the cement to the pipe and formation.

Surfactant

It is used to lower surface tension and leaving casing and formation water wet.

Early Strength Enhancer

It is used to accelerate setting time along with enhancing early compressive strength.

Cement Spacer

It is used to achieve desired viscosity and rheology in designing a Spacer. It can be used in spacers designs with different densities.

Chemical Wash Additive

It demonstrates a good cleaning effect and makes the casing and formation wall hydrophilic, therefore, increasing the bonding strength of cement slurry.

Antigas migration Agent

Anti gas migration agent prevents gas migration from occurring during a cementing operation. while placing cement slurry, gas migration can make the quality of cement poor, therefore using antigas migration additive can enhance the quality of cement.

Fluid loss Control (Liquid)

Fluid Loss Control agent prevents excessive dehydration of cement slurry and controls filtration of slurry.

Cement Dispersant

Dispersants reduce the viscosity of cement slurries at a wide range of densities, improving the rheology of slurry and helping to achieve turbulent flow.

Cement retarder

A retarder helps get the required thickening time of cement slurry and sufficient pumping time during a cementing operation. Thickening time is the duration where cement will remain liquid as a pumpable fluid.
