Asphaltene Inhibitor (Dispersant)

AAP-ASD1 is a good inhibitor tailored from the combination of several compounds and special active ingredients, which is formulated to suspend asphaltene deposits. This product is designed to disperse and suspend sediments in wells and pipelines according to the type of oil.
Asphaltene has been introduced as a soluble part with high molecular weight in the composition of crude oil. The structure of asphaltene is introduced as a combination of polyaromatic and polycyclic rings that have alkyl branches and at the same time it contains various heteroatoms such as nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur and to some extent metals such as vanadium, nickel, and iron. Asphaltene is a polar compound and has the highest molecular weight in the range of several hundred to several thousand grams per mol. Asphaltenes are molecules that are structurally similar to resins and as a result of interaction with them, they change the composition of crude oil. It destabilizes oil temperature and pressure, and as a result, it causes the formation of clots which ultimately leads to the precipitation of asphaltenes. Asphalt deposition is the biggest challenge during crude oil exploitation. When asphaltene is precipitated, a chain of problems arises, such as a decrease in permeability and wetting, changes in the formation, pipe connections, and problems in pumping crude oil to the surface, etc.

H2S Scavenger Liquid

AAP-HSL1 is a liquid hydrogen sulfide scavenger and shows high efficiency in removing hydrogen sulfide.
Water-soluble hydrogen scavengers are the most common types of desulfurizers and are often chosen for use at high temperatures. Cost-effectiveness and fast reaction rate have made this type of scavenger be targeted and economical choice. Liquid cleaners can be injected into the production line, and also, they are usually added to the wet gas stream by means of an atomizer or a static mixer in the line.

H2S Scavenger(Powder)

Hydrogen sulfide is a very toxic gas that causes many problems both in the upstream and downstream industries of oil and gas. Exposure to this gas even in low concentrations can cause serious injuries or even death. In addition, due to the acidic properties of hydrogen sulfide, it reacts with steel in flow lines and also in oil wells, causing various types of corrosion and iron sulfide precipitation. During oil and gas sector operations, hydrogen sulfide can dissolve in water as a compound in formation gases, while hydrocarbons, heavy oils, residual oil, and gas tend to have a large amount of this gas. If the time of storage or transportation of such products is long, it will lead to life and financial damages. The conventional method to remove hydrogen sulfide and sulfides from hydrocarbon streams is to use reagents that chemically deactivate this gas.
AAP-HS1 is a powdered hydrogen sulfide scavenger based on zinc ions and can easily remove hydrogen sulfide. This product is not corrosive to iron surfaces. Because the hydrogen sulfide scavenger produced by this company has very small particles (in micro and nanometer scale), the surface area of the hydrogen sulfide scavenger particles has increased, leading to rapid and effective removal of hydrogen sulfide.

O2-Scavenger

Oxygen dissolved in water causes destructive oxygen corrosion in metal pipes and processing equipment. Corrosion byproducts, in turn, cause damage through clogging and closure of lines. In addition, corrosion inhibition in CO2/O2 systems will be the only CO2 balance problem. Therefore, there is a need to effectively remove oxygen from the water in the oil fields. Removing oxygen and bringing it down to less than 10ppb, to prevent significant oxygen corrosion, can be done by adding a suitable oxygen scavenger at the end of the deaeration chamber.
The most widely used oxygen scavengers in the oil production and exploitation industry are the sulfite-bisulfite and metabisulfite families, which are able to eliminate dissolved oxygen in the shortest possible time in the presence of a suitable catalyst. The best efficiency can be obtained at a pH slightly higher than 7.

Pipeline Corrosion Inhibitor

AAP-CIP1001 is a chemical compound, tailored to protect pipelines and equipment from corrosion caused by dissolved gases such as H2S, CO2, or Oxygen. The injection dosage depends on pipeline and equipment type and conditions.
Corrosion inhibitors protect metals by slowing the rate of corrosion. This type of material is designed in several different types and depending on the type of oil, protects transmission lines and various equipment against corrosion.
